I gave a rating of 4 stars, because I'm unable to try them out at this time due to freezing weather. As soon as it warms up and I can trim my topiary, I will using my new shears. They look very sharp.

Much more substantial than any other pruners I've used to trim topiaries. Gets the job done quicker by cutting more with the long blades. People with weak or small hands could become fatigued, but worked well for me!

Happy Mother's Day to me! Received my shears today and went straight to work on my winter-weary boxwoods! The shears did a fabulous job, they're easy to hold and cut like a dream. I was looking for an efficient shear at a moderate price, this is it! Thank you, Kinsman Garden!
