basket sizes misleading

The cocoa liner I ordered was for a 14" basket and the cocoa liner was at best 13" across at it's widest point. Did not fit the container well. Liner was of good quality but sizing was off.

I purchased two Coco liners. They are very well built and the coating seems like it will hold up to weather and wear! Will be purchasing here in the future for my gardening needs. Thank you!

My original planter liner finally disintegrated after five years of use. They hold up remarkably well in our hot (105 degree plus) summers. Am buying a replacement.
