Although you warn that some items may not have been sent before this review solicitation, I cannot resist the opportunity to express my delay at finding that your signature item ordered early in the season is not available. Having ample stock would seem to be a better business practice. I am replacing a border-column that I have enjoyed but has rusted over the years and hope that I am happy with the replacement once it finally arrives.
We, too, are very disappointed that this item has been on a lengthy backorder. In an attempt to improve the quality of the product, we have experienced more delays than anticipated.
