We put in 2 of the post mounted baskets ( 20" dia). The pole installation was super easy and appears to be very sturdy. The baskets are literally a snap to mount on the top plate of the pole. All our neighbors love the look!! So, do we!! We are older and planning annuals in the ground 2 times a year is getting to be less fun, so we now have planted perennials in the ground and will us the new planters for the seasonal color!! Great solution!!

I ordered 2 of the free standing Pamela Crawford 16" baskets and stands. They were well packed and protected. I was surprised at how well made and sturdy they were. Instructions were easy to follow (although I think it may be better to attach the top ring of the post to the basket before planting and then put it on the stand, rather than affix it after planting).

Although you warn that some items may not have been sent before this review solicitation, I cannot resist the opportunity to express my delay at finding that your signature item ordered early in the season is not available. Having ample stock would seem to be a better business practice. I am replacing a border-column that I have enjoyed but has rusted over the years and hope that I am happy with the replacement once it finally arrives.

This product is more than I expected. It installed into ground easily and stayed upright after a terrible wendy storm ..

I LOVE my border column. It is a wonderful product. It looks really pretty with all of my other plants. I am going to order another, possibly two, very soon!

For the price these posts are made very poorly and cheap. The welds are substandard and it broke while placing into the ground. Not worth the price. *** We're very sorry you are disappointed in this product and take such reviews very seriously. We have been in communication with both you and our supplier and look forward to hearing about a more positive experience once you've had a chance to assemble the replacement that was sent. ***

Beautiful, have not seen any others like it in the area. Really sets off the landscaping. So pretty when the flowers get in it. Love it and ordered one more after the original 2.

Bought these expensive columns and posts 2 years ago. take them inside in the winter. Paint is pealing and metal is rusting. Posts are only lightly tack welded to base.

We love these border columns. What a wonderful idea for the garden or to accent a sidewalk, etc. The columns we've gotten have been sturdy. We've had no problems with the columns blowing over. They have stayed securely in the ground. Plan on buying more. We have three now. We've gotten so many compliments.

Like these a lot. Seem very sturdy. So far baskets have managed to stay on. Plants are doing well. Will definitely order again.

After I ordered it they called me and said that the stand and the piece that you stick in the ground came in 2 different finishes. I went ahead and ordered it anyway and it is not too noticeable. When it arrived and I put it together the top disk would not fit onto the column due to the welding! I had to use a metal file to get it to fit! Poor design. Once in ground it does look good however. Just needs some re-design

With two feet of snow on the ground, I can't say how well the column works, but it arrived promptly and looks well made. I'm giving it 5 watering cans for the first impression being good.

I have had my unit for at least 5 years and it looks great. I liked it so much that I bought one for each of my three daughters, the downside is that I am now obligated to fill four units with flowers every spring...beautiful!! I even install a bird feeder on it during the winter.

These kits produce lovely displays, but have two serious flaws: (1) pounding the stake into clay soil is very difficult, and (2) the columns are made of very thin steel that quickly rusts and can't withstand strong winds. Just threw away 3 of these after only two years of use.
