After recently installing a heated tile floor in our kitchen, we were warned to avoid placing solid heavy objects directly on the floor because that could trap the heat and void the warranty. I ordered the 12" steel pot stands, which sit 4" off of the floor. What an elegant look! The black stands tie in with the new black heat vent covers on the gray tile floor. I am very happy with the purchase.
