Gift Certificates
To redeem a gift certificate on-line, please enter the gift certificate number and amount in the box titled Shipping Instructions during the checkout process. The dollar value of the gift certificate will not be reflected on the total when the order is submitted but will be applied when the order is processed.

Please allow 7 - 10 business days to receive in-stock merchandise.
We ship by FedEx Home Delivery inside the continental US and US Mail to APO/FPO, AK, HI, PR and VI.
UPS and US Mail may be requested at possible extra cost.
Some large/heavy items may incur a freight surcharge to locations outside the continental US. We will advise you in advance if extra freight charges will apply.
We do not ship outside the U.S.

Sales Tax
Pennsylvania Sales Tax is added to orders to be delivered within Pennsylvania.
Guarantee
All items are guaranteed for 12 months: if any parts fail we will replace them at no charge or if necessary we will replace the entire item. If there is any problem with your order please notify us immediately upon receipt.
Return Policy
If you are not delighted with the goods received, send them back to us within 14 days for a refund. Before returning, please call for a Return Authorization Number. Please insure the package if returning by mail. UPS returns are automatically insured up to $100. |
